
- Contact your local Neighbourhood Support Co-ordinator listed under Contact Us on this website
- Request an information pack
- Select the neighbours you would like to join (8-10 households is recommended but choose any number to suit)
- Contact the Neighbourhood Support Co-ordinator and arrange a suitable time, date and place for the initial meeting with your neighbours
- The Co-ordinator will provide information to derive the maximum benefit for the group and will distribute information packs and stickers
- Elect your group Contact Person and Deputies
- Complete a Contact List of Members using the provided template
- The Co-ordinator will arrange for the installation of street signs
- Distribute copies of the Contact List of Members to the Group. The information on this list must remain confidential to the group members.
- Set up a contact list/communication system (“phone tree”)
- Plan to meet again. Try to get together socially once a year - perhaps during Neighbourhood Week which is held annually in November
